Our crawler
Our crawler identifies itself in the user-agent string and links back to this page. It respects robots.txt, throttles requests, and limits page count, depth and total job duration.
If our crawler is causing a problem on your site, email [abuse@xclseo.co.uk] and we will stop it. You can also block it in robots.txt and we will honour that.
What the platform will not do
Scrape search engine result pages: We use licensed data providers rather than generating prohibited machine traffic.
Analyse sites you have no right to analyse: Deep crawls and integrations require verified ownership or documented authority.
Help evade spam or deliverability controls: There are no features for disguising sender identity or bypassing filters.
Mass-publish low-value content: AI drafts cannot publish without human approval, and quality gates cannot be silently disabled.
Claim content is undetectable: We optimise for accuracy, originality and usefulness, not for defeating detection.
Outreach features
Where outreach functionality is enabled, you are responsible for the lawfulness of your campaigns under UK GDPR and PECR. The product enforces suppression lists, unsubscribe handling and sender identity, and records the source and lawful basis for every contact — but importing a list is not the same as having permission to email it.
Reporting a problem
To report abuse of the platform or a problem with our crawler, email [abuse@xclseo.co.uk]. We maintain an abuse queue and an emergency domain blocklist.
