Getting started
Understanding your first report
The basic scan reviews one page plus a small, rate-limited sample of the site around it. It is a useful indicator, not an audit — and the report says so at the top.
What the basic scan covers
Status and redirects: HTTP status, HTTPS and the full redirect path.
Indexability: Robots directives, canonical tags and sitemap discovery.
On-page signals: Titles, descriptions, heading structure and obvious duplication.
Links and images: Internal and external links, a broken-link sample, alt text and loading hints.
Structured data: Presence and parse errors.
Performance: PageSpeed data where quota allows, reported separately from field data.
What it does not cover
Full-site crawl: Only deep analysis crawls every page.
Keyword and backlink data: Those require a connected Search Console property or a licensed provider.
Competitive comparison: Competitor gap analysis is part of deep analysis.
